Yoga brought Josh & Jen together and has remained a foundational practice for all their outdoor adventures. Josh is a climber who discovered the synergy of rock climbing and power yoga. Jen is a yogi who learned that climbing is like taking vinyasa vertical. Yoga on the Rocks was started as a desire to cultivate a mutual appreciation of two disciplines, yoga and rock climbing, with the realization that the practice of yoga is not limited to a mat in a studio.
The focus? Dynamic movement to produce power and balance.
The style? Power vinyasa with spicy transitions and a love of practicing outdoors.

Yoga on the Rocks has an in-person studio presence at Sportrock Climbing Gym in Sterling, Va. teaching Power Vinyasa classes:
Wednesday, 7pm - Josh
Thursday, 7pm - Jen
PRIVATE SESSION
The Private Session allows you to dive deeper into yoga practice. The focus is an in-depth breakdown of postures to empower a yogi and level-up a practice. Private sessions are customized based on individual goals and experience level. Message us for rates and bookings.
